Featherlight yet powerful, the Piccola Disc Brake Set includes just two brake pistons, carbon finger levers and a weight optimised brake calliper. However, with a ratio of 9mm pump piston to the 22mm, stainless steel pistons, it doesn't lack ample punch for XC and marathon riding.

Its boundless energy is carefully modulated, though, thanks to the linear power transmission of the levers that ensures finger force translates to consistent braking force buildup, with the ability to forge ahead or hold back with just the slightest change of pressure.
